Seward Splash and Updates Sign Up Issues

Are you having problems signing up for electronic delivery? 

 Note: Please check the following:

1.    Be sure any pop-up blockers are turned off

2.    Check your Spam and Junk folders for email from Seward Montessori PTA.

3.    If you use a spam blocker, be sure is an accepted sender by adding it to your address book.

4.    If your email provider requires that the sender do a one-time verification, this won’t work. Any automated email is discarded by our list service.

Once you successfully sign-up, you will get an Email monthly with a link to the online version of the Seward Splash and periodic (about once a week) Seward Updates Email with time sensitive information. 

Step 1: Go to and click on the “Sign Up Now” button.

Can’t see the box? If you are using the Safari browser, you will not be able to see the sign-up box on the website. Please try another browser such as Firefox or you can go directly to the Sign Up page with this URL:

·         Already signed up? If the system says you are already signed up and tells you your Mail Status is “Single Opt-In”, this means you did not reply to the email requesting you to confirm your subscription and you will only receive email only once.  Click on the “here” link to receive another email to complete your sign-up.

·         Already confirmed and signed up?  If so, you will see a message that says your Mail Stauts is “Opt-In”.  The mail server is sending all emails to you, so please check that the sender is accepted and email is not going into your Spam or Junk folder (see the Note above).

Step 2: You will receive an email asking you to confirm that you do want to be on the list.  Click on the link to finish signing up.  If you do not receive this email, see the steps on the Note above.
